to assist in answering questions on all aspects of
your coverage.
Our representatives communicate with providers
on a regular basis to ensure we have current and
accurate information. They can answer questions
concerning eligibility, benefits available, and
benefit payments.
Customer Service is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. CST.
