  We process all claims in a state-of-the-art claims system. We have the ability to receive claims electronically, which translates into less paperwork. The Trust does NOT require the use of claim forms.

Our current turnaround time for claims is 8-10 business days from the time of receipt.

Members of the Trust can access claims information including Explanation of Benefits (EOB statements) online, 24 hours a day.
